Rick is responsible for creating Neighborsrentingstuff.com. Prior to his role of managing this start-up site, he was the Vice-President of Business Development for a national insurance group in in New York. According to Rick, "Creating the website Neighborsrentingstuff.com provided me with an opportunity to branch out beyond the insurance industry, with a concept I believed in."
He had been in the insurance industry for over 25 years in various management
and marketing functions, focusing more specifically on sales, marketing and distribution management.

He holds a B.A. from Edinboro University, an M.B.A. from Eastern University
and a M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mike is the Chief Financial Officer for Neighborsrentingstuff.com. He handles this role
along with also being and Accounting Manager for an unrelated firm in Eastern Pennsylvania. His experience includes extensive work in payroll, human resources and benefit implementation.

Mike is a 2003 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis on Financial Services. He is also a 2009 graduate of The Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Business Administration.
